Wood River Valley Real Estate Newsletter- February 2026

January was a whirlwind of closing and putting properties under contract. The dollar volume sold in the valley is up 60% this January compared to last January. It will be interesting to see how this year shakes out. Despite the light snowfall Baldy is actually skiing very well and the nordic skiing up north is great. In Hailey you can hike or run on dirt! It was also exciting to hear that the World Cup Ski Finals will be returning to Sun Valley in 2027.
