Episode 12 of the Price & Gardner report.

Summer's here!... and we are stoked about it.

Between Casey’s 4 boys and their friends there is a lot of energy at the Price household- days are filled with swimming, fishing & s'mores.

Tyler's summer projects have been in full force - painting, putting in wainscoting and of course, spending some time fixing up his yard.

On the real estate front, we are seeing a slower condo market, but still a lot of interest in residential homes.

Dick’s Burgers just had their Grand Opening in Everett and we are excited. If you think we will be stopping by for a Special, Fry, & Chocolate shake… you’d be right!

As always, this newsletter is full of useful info, market updates, summer projects (that are worth it!), and a few laughs. We’re glad you’re here!

5 SUMMER PROJECTS WORTH TACKLING (AND ACTUALLY ENJOYING)

Let's be honest, some home projects feel like a drag...but these are the kind that can make your summer better. Here are five projects that are worth it, and might just become your favorite part of the yard:

1. Level up your exterior lighting - Whether it's string lights over the patio or solar path lights leading to your grill station, good lighting sets the tone for summer.

2. Plant some privacy - A few strategically placed trees or shrubs can make a big difference in your yard.

3. Create an outdoor BBQ zone - If you are going to be grilling all summer, might as well make it enjoyable. A little setup can turn a basic grill area into your go-to hangout spot.

4. Add some backyard games - Cornhole, ring toss, dart board... whatever your game of choice, carve out a spot and make it the summer hangout zone.

5. Hang a hammock - Arguably the MVP of the backyard. Whether you're napping, reading or just avoiding your to-do list, a hammock is the summer upgrade you didn't know you needed.

If you are thinking about tackling one of these and want more ideas or have any questions, feel free to reach out, we are here to be a resource.
