Casey & Melanie are looking forward to Christmas morning with the boys. As the kids get older, we're noticing a shift from toys to clothes, shoes, and cologne... but there will always still be legos under the tree on Christmas morning. 

Tyler & Lexie are looking forward to a holiday season full of time with friends/family, warm chai, plus tiny presents for Maeby and their 5-month-old.

Rates are heading in the right direction! We started the year with 30-year fixed rates hovering around 7.25 percent, and it has been great to see them ease back into the low 6s. This shift brings some real relief for buyers and opens the door to more opportunity for those thinking about making a move.
