THIS SUMMER

The housing market isn't one thing right now.

Some homes are selling quickly with multiple offers, while others are sitting longer and requiring price adjustments. The difference often comes down to pricing, preparation, and competition.

Across Snohomish County and Seattle, inventory has increased, giving buyers more options than they've had in recent years. At the same time, buyer demand remains steady, and well-priced homes continue to attract strong interest. In fact, many homes are still selling at or above asking price.

The takeaway? Good homes, priced correctly, are still getting attention. Average homes, priced hopefully, are taking longer to sell.

Mortgage rates remain in the mid-6% range, with the 30-year fixed rate currently around 6.68%. While rates aren't ideal, they've remained relatively stable and buyers are continuing to adapt.
