A Legacy of Service & Compassion
What sets leaders apart is consistency. Joe’s involvement with Project Cool for Back-to-School, a program run by the Seattle King County Coalition on Homelessness, dates back to 1989.  Each summer, Project Cool assembles new backpacks filled with school supplies and distributes them to help over 1,800 students experiencing homelessness in King County be better prepared for the school year.

Joe doesn’t just support this effort from afar—he leads from the front. As Designated Broker of Windermere Mount Baker, he rallies his agents and staff to donate time, energy, and resources. Up to 20 agents and staff volunteer annually under his guidance
