Homebot Is Back Windermere has partnered with Homebot, and if you're in my database you've either already received your first report or will within the next few days. Many of you used Homebot a couple of years ago — same platform, same monthly cadence, now running through Windermere. If your property was already in my system, your history carried over and the valuation has been adjusted for market movement since then. A few things worth knowing about how it works:
- Valuation — a bank-grade automated estimate, updated monthly. Not a CMA, but a solid benchmark for tracking how your value is trending over time. You can tune the inputs to better reflect your home.
- Equity & mortgage tracking — see how your equity position is moving and what your payoff looks like.
- Refinance scenarios — the report surfaces whether a refi makes sense given current rates and your loan balance.
- Multiple properties — if you own more than one, each gets its own report.
The trend line over time is where the real value is. A single number is a snapshot; watching it move tells you something. If the estimate looks off to you, you can flag it directly in the report — that'll send me a note and we can go from there. If you're working through something bigger — a sale, an estate, a financial decision that needs a real number — reply and give me some context. That's a proper analysis, not a quick answer.
